What we collect
When you order, contact us or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the details of your order or message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To answer you, to send and refill your orders, to honour discovery-set credit codes and — only if you subscribed — to send our newsletter four times a year.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
