Orders and prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Batches are small; if a fragrance sells out after you order, we refund you in full or reserve a bottle from the next batch, whichever you prefer.
Delivery
Dispatched Tuesday and Friday. UK delivery is free. Europe costs £12 and the rest of the world £24. Import duties outside the UK are the buyer’s responsibility.
Discovery-set credit
Each discovery set includes a single-use code worth £22, redeemable against one 50 ml bottle within twelve months of purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bottles and discovery sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refills
Refills are £96 for 50 ml. We refill only undamaged Orrishaw bottles and will return any bottle we cannot refill at no charge.
