Order the refill
Choose the fragrance and pay £96. We email a prepaid, tracked returns label the same day.

Post the empty bottle
Any Orrishaw 50 ml bottle, cap on. Wrap it in the box it came in, or any padded envelope.

We clean and refill it
Washed, dried, refilled from the current batch, re-sealed and given a new handwritten tag.

Usually within a week of reaching the bench, free UK delivery as always.
Refill questions
Refills are available for all 4 fragrances.
Can I switch fragrance when I refill?
Yes. We clean every bottle thoroughly between fills, so you can send back Orris & Ash and have it return as Vyse Street.
What if my bottle is damaged?
If it is cracked or chipped we will not refill it. We will tell you before charging and post it back free, or recycle it if you prefer.
Do refills come from an older batch?
Never. Refills are filled from the same batch as the new bottles shipping that week, and refill orders are served first when a batch is small.
